On Feb. 16, at approximately 12:31 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 900 block of N. Carrollton Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located 38-year-old Dwayne Flintall unresponsive, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
