On June 12, at approximately 9:39 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 1700 block of Ramsay Street to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located 25-year-old Jordan Taylor lying on the rear yard, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
