The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Northwest District.
On Nov. 5, at approximately 7:27 p.m., officers responded to the 4200 block of N. Rogers Avenue for a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers found an unidentified male victim with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased by medics.
Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation.
