The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an investigation into a homicide in the Eastern District.
On Nov. 4, at approximately 5:56 p.m., Eastern District officers responded to the 1500 block of E. Lanvale Street following a ShotSpotter alert.
Upon arrival, officers discovered an unidentified adult male with multiple gunshot wounds to the body. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.
Homicide detectives arrived at the scene and have taken control of the investigation.
