Man Injured in North Bentalou Street Shooting

On May 3, at around 10:50 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the intersection of West North Avenue and North Bentalou Street to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 33-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and immediately rendered aid until medics arrived. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he will receive treatment for his injury. 

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot on the 1900 block of North Bentalou Street.

Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
