The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Western District.
On Feb. 18, at approximately 1:55 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1900 block of McCulloh Street regarding a discharging incident.
Upon arrival, officers located a man lying unresponsive and suffering from apparent gunshot wounds on the 400 block of Presstman Street.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was listed in critical but stable condition.
