Man Hospitalized With Leg Wound Following Belair-Edison Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an investigation into a shooting in the Eastern District.

On Feb. 4, at approximately 10:19 a.m., officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

After arriving at the hospital, officers located a 44-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his leg. The victim was listed in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was inside a dwelling on the 3500 block of Juneway when he was shot.

Eastern District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
