The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Northeast District.
On Dec. 7, at approximately 12:01 a.m., officers responded to the 3000 block of Rosalie Avenue for a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers found a 28-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by medics.
Homicide detectives have taken control of the investigation.
