Man Followed, Shot in Leg Leaving Friend’s House

On March 17, at approximately 3:30 to 4 a.m., a 38-year-old male victim stated he was leaving a friend’s house when he felt he was being followed. The victim stated he was in the area of the 4800 block of Eastern Avenue when he saw the car that he believed was following him. Then he saw the driver get out of the vehicle and shoot at him, striking him in the leg. The victim was taken to an area hospital by an acquaintance.
