Northeast District detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that occured on Jan. 30 at approximately 5:55 p.m.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, 66-year-old Clarence Joseph Buckner suffered from a gunshot wound on the 3300 block of Rueckert Avenue. The victim was taken to a hospital where he later died.
