The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on the 1500 block of E. Lexington Street.
According to a press release, officers were called to the scene around 6 p.m. Upon arrival, they found an adult man with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
