The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting on Nov. 5 after finding the body of a man who was fatally shot in the head.
Police were called to the 3900 block of Clifton Avenue around 1:30 a.m. on Friday and found a man, later identified as 30-year-old Saeed Hall, with a gunshot wound to his head, a news release states.
Medics arrived and pronounced Hall dead at the scene.
