The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an investigation into a homicide in the Eastern District.
On Sept. 19, at approximately 8:40 p.m., Eastern District officers were on patrol when they heard gunfire near the 1100 block of E. 20th Street.
Officers located a 29-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
Homicide detectives responded to the scene to investigate the incident further.
