On April 24, at approximately 11:56 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the intersection of Dolphin at McCulloh Street for a report of a shooting.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located 23-year-old Montez Barrett suffering from life-threatening injuries on the 1200 block of McCulloh Street.
Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead at the location.
