Man Dies After Being Shot Multiple Times on Wilsby Avenue

On Jan. 30, at approximately 4:33 p.m., Northern District officers were dispatched to the 4000 block of Wilsby Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Officers responded to the location and observed a 36-year-old Davon Brown suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where, despite life-saving measures, he was pronounced deceased.

Northern District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
