The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Northern District.
On Sept. 13, at approximately 8:26 a.m., officers responded to the 3300 block of Spaulding Avenue to investigate an unresponsive person.
Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified male victim inside a building suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was pronounced deceased by medics.
