A 58-year-old Baltimore man remains incompetent to stand trial for the murder of radio host Tyra Phillips Womack in June 2020.

During a brief six-month status conference in mental health court on April 26, Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Gale Rasin informed the prosecutor and defense attorney Sharon Bogins Eberhart of Richard Sylvester Green’s current competency status, adding that he is restorable and will return for another hearing on Nov. 1.

Eberhart stood in for Janet Andersen during Wednesday’s hearing.

Green is currently under the supervision of the Maryland Department of Health for murder, attempted murder, assault, and three weapons charges in connection to the 57-year-old victim’s death on June 10, 2020.

According to CBS Baltimore, Womack, a host of Gospel Grace programs on WEAA, was shot outside her home on the 2400 block of Albion Avenue.
