In reference to the shooting that occurred May 30 in the Northwest District, investigators have charged 62-year-old Melvin Talbot of Baltimore.
Talbot was arrested in connection to the shooting of a 55-year-old man at a home on the 3900 block of Bateman Avenue.
On June 1, officers took Talbot into custody and transported him to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted-second degree murder.
