The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the arrest of Raynard Venable in connection with a non-fatal Eastern District shooting incident.
On Nov. 29, 2024, Venable shot a 57-year-old victim in the 2500 block of East Oliver Street during a dispute.
The victim fled to the 2700 block of E. Federal Street, where police and medics were alerted.
On Feb. 2, warrant apprehension detectives arrested Venable in the 800 block of East 22nd Street. He was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
