In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Southwest District on Aug. 13, Baltimore Police Department detectives have arrested 27-year-old Diquann Toney.
Investigators learned that a 19-year-old male victim was on the 1600 block of Wilkens Avenue when he was shot by Toney.
On Nov. 1, detectives arrested Toney and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
