Jaheim Battle and his public defender, Maureen O’Leary, appeared in reception court before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Dana M. Middleton to schedule his trial.
Battle, 21, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, attempted armed robbery, firearm use in a felony violent crime and possession of a firearm as a minor in connection to a Jan. 30, 2022, incident.
Judge Middleton scheduled Battle’s five-day trial on Feb. 14, 2024, before Judge Jennifer B. Schiffer.
