Man, 38, Arrested in Connection to Edmondson Avenue Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the arrest of 38-year-old James Barrett of Baltimore in connection to a shooting incident that occurred Aug. 8 in the Western District.

The shooting involved a 26-year-old male victim and occurred on the 1800 block of Edmondson Avenue.

On Aug. 29, Warrant Apprehension detectives apprehended Barrett in the 3100 block of Stafford Street.

Barrett was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
