Juvenile Shot on Wilson Street in Stable Condition

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Western District.

On April 28, at approximately 5:47 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Wilson Street following a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers found an unidentified juvenile male with a gunshot wound to the ankle.

The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Western District shooting detectives have taken over the investigation.
