In reference to the Northern District shooting that occurred on April 3, 2024, detectives have arrested a 17-year-old male.
Investigators learned that the suspect shot the 26-year-old male victim while in the 2800 block of Liberty Heights Avenue.
On March 11, the suspect was transported from the Juvenile Justice Center, where he was being held on unrelated charges, to the Central Booking & Intake Facility. Upon arrival, he was charged as an adult for attempted first-degree murder.
