Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn scheduled a trial date for a man accused of attempted murdering during a Nov. 21 reception court proceeding.
Larry Alexander Lee Jr., 29, is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, firearm use during a violent crime, and carrying or wearing a handgun in connection to a shooting on Oct. 13, 2021.
At Monday’s hearing, parties agreed to begin undergoing trial for the matter on Jan. 3, 2023, before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Christopher L. Panos.
The trial is estimated to last three days.
