Non-Fatal Shooting
|
On Jan. 21, Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland approved a request to postpone a shooting defendant’s trial after the prosecutor sustained a concussion in a car accident.
David Colyns, 59, is charged with two counts each of firearm possession as a prohibited person, possessing a firearm in connection with controlled dangerous substances, illegal possession of ammunition and discharging a gun.
The defense objected to the postponement, but Judge Copeland reset the hearing to Feb. 3 before Judge Lynn S. Mays.
