On Feb. 22, Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn placed the defendant, Zachariah Allison trial on the need coverage docket for the fall.
Allison, 18, is charged with first-degree murder, the use of a firearm during a felony violent crime, possession of a firearm as a minor, reckless endangerment, third-degree burglary, and second-degree assault in connection to an incident on Aug. 10, 2021.
Allison’s trial is scheduled to begin on Sept. 20.
