Walter Jeremy Bush, 28, and Quincee Joe Moon, 19, were granted a motion to join their cases during a hearing on Feb. 3.

Bush and Moon are suspects in the non-fatal shooting of a 62-year-old male that occurred on July 17, 2024 along the 3200 block of Greenmount Avenue.

Bush and Moon have been charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, attempted murder, and first-degree assault, as well as various related conspiracy and firearm charges.

The prosecution filed the joinder motion in October last year. Neither Koryn Nichole High nor Augustine Okeke, serving as the defendants’ counsel, objected to the motion.

Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Nicole K. Barmore presided over the hearing and did not waive either defendants’ appearance.

Bush and Moon are scheduled for jury trial starting March 11.
