Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jeannie Hong approved March 10 a joint trial for three co-defendants in a non-fatal shooting that occurred last year at a gentlemen’s club in the Central District.
Keon Samuel; Bryant Scott, 34; and Jason Sharp, 30, face charges connected to the incident.
Samuels is charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and firing or discharging a gun within Baltimore city.
Scott and Sharp are charged with second-degree assault.
All three co-defendants are accused in connection to an incident last June 24 in which Samuel is alleged to have fired gunshots to keep Scott and Sharp from attacking him at Norma Jean’s Club, on the unit block of Custom House Avenue.
A trial ways initially set for March 19. However, attorneys are working to find a mutually convenient date.
