The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an arrest related to a homicide in the Central District.
On March 18, investigators identified 26-year-old Unique Thorn of Baltimore as the suspect in the fatal shooting.
The victim, 31-year-old Shy’Keema Turner, was shot and killed in the 700 block of East Preston Street following a dispute the same day.
On April 3, U.S. Marshals Service members and detectives arrested Thorn in Ohio without incident.
Thorn is being extradited to Baltimore to face charges of first-degree murder.
