On Sept. 17, at around 4:23 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers were on the 1500 block of West North Avenue when they heard discharging of a firearm.
Upon canvassing the immediate area, officers discovered a 20-year-old male suffering from numerous non-life-threatening gunshot wounds on the 2000 block of McCulloh Street. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where, despite life-saving measures, he was pronounced deceased.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot on the 400 block of Bloom Street.
Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
