On Dec. 19, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in victim seeking treatment.
Once at the hospital, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 26-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body. The victim is listed in stable condition.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot on the 2300 block of East Northern Parkway by an unidentified male.
