Hospital Reports Two Walk-In Shooting Victims in Central District

On May 25, at approximately 1:44 a.m., Central District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 30-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim’s injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.

At approximately 2:24 a.m., officers were advised of a second walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital.

Upon arrival, officers found a 37-year-old male also suffering from apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Preliminary investigation revealed that at approximately 1:29 a.m., Central District patrol officers were on foot on the 400 block of East Baltimore Street, when they heard gunfire.

Officers responded to the unit block of Holliday Street, where a crime scene was located.
