On Aug. 17, at approximately 9:10 p.m., Central District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department responded to an area hospital for a walk-in victim seeking treatment.
Once at the hospital, officers located a 43-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper back. The victim is listed in stable condition.
The victim stated he he was on the 500 block of Dolphin Street when he was shot.
