The Baltimore Police Department’s (BPD) Northwest District is looking for answers in connection to the murder of an adult male on Nov. 28.
On Monday, at approximately 1:29 p.m., patrol officers were called to the 3600 block of Woodland Avenue for a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers located 38-year-old Khalil Tatum suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead at the location.
