The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) are asking for information in connection with the murder of a 34-year-old male on Nov. 19.
On Saturday, at approximately 10:28 p.m., Southern District patrol officers were called to the 3400 block of Spelman Road for a report of a shooting.
Upon their arrival, officers located Willie Vinson suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
