Homicide Detectives Notified Following Reports of Walk-in Shooting Victim in Central District

On April 10, at approximately 2:51 a.m., Central District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 37-year-old male suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound.

At this time, the location of the shooting is unknown to investigators. Due to the victim’s injury, homicide detectives have been notified.
