On March 22, at approximately 3:16 a.m., Southern District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 3700 block of 9th Street for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located 23-year-old Nathaniel Towler suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
