On March 24, at approximately 10:45 p.m., homicide detectives with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the area of the 6800 block of Harford Road in reference to a missing person.
Northeast District detectives canvassed the area and located the victim’s vehicle. Upon locating the vehicle, officers observed a body of a black male in the back of the vehicle.
