Homicide Detectives Investigating After Downtown Baltimore Shooting Leaves Man in Critical Condition

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Central District.

On Nov. 2, at approximately 1:35 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to the 300 block of W. Lexington Street for a report of a shooting.

Officers located an unidentified male suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.

Due to the severity of the victim’s injury, homicide detectives are investigating this incident.
