The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Southeast District.
On Jan. 3, at approximately 5:33 p.m., Southeast District Officers responded to the 700 block of N. Patterson Park Avenue following a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 55-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers rendered aid to the victim, who was then transported to an area hospital for treatment. Despite medical efforts, the victim was pronounced deceased.
Homicide detectives responded and are investigating this incident.
