Homicide Detectives Investigate Yale Avenue Shooting

On Aug. 21, at approximately 11:28 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 400 block of Yale Avenue for reports of a shooting.

Once at the location, officers observed an unidentified adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Due to the severity of his injuries, Homicide Detectives are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to contact them at 410-396-2100.

Update: As of Aug. 26, this case has been upgraded to a homicide, according to BPD. The victim was 25-year-old Darius Neal.
