A Baltimore woman convicted of first-degree murder had her collateral hearing postponed on Sept. 8 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Phillip S. Jackson.
Judge Jackson postponed the hearing for defendant Tashonda Childs until December for unknown reasons to Baltimore Witness.
On March 8, Childs was convicted of first-degree murder in connection to the fatal shooting of a man on Feb. 2, 2020.
According to court documents, at 2:56 p.m., officers were called to the 2200 block of W. Saratoga Street for reports of a ShotSpotter alert. Once they arrived, officers found the victim, Marvin Kosh, sitting in the passenger seat suffering from multiple gunshots to the torso.
Kosh was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center for treatment, but died shortly after arrival.
Childs’ next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 16.
