In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Dec. 29, 2025 in Harlem Park, detectives have arrested 47-year-old Kevin Brooks of Baltimore.
Brooks was arrested in connection to the shooting of a 35-year-old man that occurred on the 600 block of N. Fremont Avenue.
On Jan. 5, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Brooks while on the 1000 block of N. Mount Street. Brooks was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
