The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a previously reported incident that occurred last week in Fells Point.
The incident, which occurred Aug. 22 on the 800 block of S. Broadway, has been reclassified from a shooting case to an injured person case.
Officers responding to the scene located a 31-year-old female victim with a graze wound to her arm. Upon further investigation, it was determined the wound was not caused by gunfire.
