In reference to a double homicide that occurred in the Northeast District on Feb. 7, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 21-year-old Daquan Woodard of Baltimore.

Investigators learned that Woodard fatally shot and killed 40-year-old Odell Curtis and 32-year-old Ricardo Brooks-Watters while on the 4400 block of Belair Road, following a dispute.

On May 1, detectives arrested Daquan Woodard and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with murder in the first degree.
