Fatal Crash in Northeast Baltimore Leaves 2 Dead

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a fatal vehicle crash in the Northeast District.

On Sept. 5, at approximately 5:47 a.m., officers were called to the 3900 block of Hillen Road regarding a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, officers discovered two vehicles in flames.

The operators of both vehicles were located and transported to an area hospital for treatment. A passenger in one of the vehicles, a 53-year-old male, was pronounced deceased on the scene. A short time later, one of the vehicle operators, a 39-year-old male, was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

The Accident Investigation Unit (AIU) responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
