Elderly Man Shot Early Sunday Morning

On Feb. 4, at approximately 1:50 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 2900 block of Erdman Avenue to investigate a ShotSpotter alert. 

Upon arrival, officers observed a 72-year-old male suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he was being treated for his injuries. 

Eastern District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
