A jury found Antonio King, 46, guilty of first-degree murder and related charges before Baltimore City Circuit Court before Judge Althea M. Handy on July 23.
King was charged in connection to the fatal shooting of 40-year-old Marcus Holloway and the non-fatal shooting of another bystander on the 1900 block of Edmondson Avenue. King’s trial concluded on July 24, with Robert Cole representing the defendant.
King was found guilty of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, firearm use in a felony or violent crime, and firearm possession with a disqualifying felony conviction. The jury returned no verdict on charges of attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and one count of firearm possession with a disqualifying felony conviction.
A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.
