The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Aug. 20.
According to a press release, officers responded to a location after receiving a shot spotter alert for gunfire on the 2000 block of Homewood Avenue.
Officers found a 31-year-old male who had been shot in the thigh.
He was treated at an area hospital.
